Bookings & deposits

Booking requests made on this website are confirmed once LLE has checked availability with the operator. A 50% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before your experience on the date shown in your confirmation.

Prices are shown in US dollars; Bahamian dollars are accepted at par. Prices may change until your deposit is paid, including for currency movements or fuel surcharges.

Deposits and balances can be paid through the secure payment link we email you, or on our Make a payment page.

Cancellations & refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
• Cancellations 90 days or more before departure: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable.
• Cancellations less than 60 days before departure: non-refundable.
• If an operator cancels for weather or safety, we will reschedule or offer an alternative.
• In force majeure situations we offer travel credits rather than cash refunds.

We strongly recommend travel insurance with “cancel for any reason” cover.

Travel requirements

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements, and for meeting the fitness or age requirements of each experience.

Liability

LLE arranges experiences delivered by independent operators and acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the acts, errors or negligence of third-party suppliers. Travel carries inherent risks such as delays, weather disruption or political instability. We may decline or end the participation of any traveller whose conduct is incompatible with the safety or enjoyment of others.

Hotel bookings

Luxury Lifestyle Excursions may receive compensation or commission from eligible bookings made through our travel-booking partners. Any applicable commission does not increase the price you pay for your reservation. Availability, rates, cancellation policies, terms and conditions are determined by the applicable travel provider and are subject to change. Hotel reservations are fulfilled through the applicable booking partner.

Privacy

We collect the details needed to arrange your trip, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, dietary needs and preferences, and use them only to make reservations, process payments and personalise your itinerary. We share them with trusted partners (hotels, operators, drivers) only as needed for your booking, and never sell them.

Partner applications, including uploaded documents, are used only for partner review and kept private to the LLE team.
